Refund policy

At JSC Hats, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged:

You must contact us at jimmyseguraa.99@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

If the damage is approved, the item must be returned to us for inspection.
Customers are responsible for purchasing and providing the return shipping label.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, you may choose between:

  • Store credit, or

  • A full refund

We do not offer replacements.
